Delivery Options

Verge of Wellness is able to ship products across Canada. If you are located close to our Gander, Newfoundland location, we also offer In-store Pick up. 

Shipping Information

Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated during the checkout process. The shipping cost is based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Dispatch Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will vary based on your location within Canada. Please refer to the shipping carrier's tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Shipping Methods:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your order. You will be provided with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking:

You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided via email. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Confirmation:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or nature. Any such restrictions will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In-Store Pick-up Information

If you are located within central Newfoundland, you have the option of picking up your order at our Gander location (170A Roe Avenue). Please review our in-store pickup policy below:

Selecting In-Store Pickup:

During the checkout process, you have the option to choose in-store pickup. If this option is available for your items, it will be presented as a delivery option.

Pickup Confirmation:

Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. Please wait until receiving this email before stopping by to pick-up your order. This email will include details about the pickup location, address, and operating hours. 

Pickup Timing:

Orders are typically ready for in-store pickup within 24 business hours. If your order contains items that need to be picked up from different locations, we will notify you accordingly.

Pickup Authorization:

To ensure a secure pickup process, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid government issued photo ID to the selected pickup location. The name on the order and name on the ID must match in order to pick up the order. 

Changes to Pickup Location:

If you need to change the pickup location after placing your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@vergeofwellness.com as soon as possible.

Return Policies

If for any reason you need to return item, please review our policies below:

Specialized Products:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on mastectomy products, bracing, insoles, hernia belts, stethoscopes or compression therapy items. These products are final sale. 

Footwear & Uniforms:

Refunds for uniforms and unworn footwear are accepted within 14 days or purchase, provided the tags are attached, and the items remain unworn.

Sale Items:

Any items that are 40% off or more are final sale. 

  

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate an return, please contact our customer service team at sales@vergeofwellness.com.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the receipt in the return package.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
